LIsa Ezzard studied Synergy Yoga (a mix between Hatha and Bikram) for ten years in Southern California, where she mainly focused on heated yoga and a progressive sequence of movements and poses created by yoga master, Peri Ness DeFay. She has taught yoga in both California and Rabun County for the past twenty years. She has also studied West African dance for thirty years and danced with most of the world-renown master teachers. She taught and performed West African dance for 12 years in Southern California and continues her current practice in Atlanta. In her teaching of both yoga and dance, she pulls from her athleticism and her healthy lifestyle to bring a truly holistic practice to her students.
